The Ogun State Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun has called on electorate to use their votes to shame opposition and vote massively for All Progressives Congress(APC) in the forthcoming general elections for continuity of good governance.
Penpushing reports that Abiodun made the call on Tuesday at the All Progressives Congress(APC) campaign rally held in Ifo town located in Ifo local government area of the state, expressing optimism on successful outing of the party and that his administration is divine to rule for eight years.
The Governor who earlier commissioned ultra-modern Ogun State Fire and Safety Services station and completed road construction in the council area, emphasized importance need for eligible voters to procure their permanent voter cards ahead of the poll.
Penpushing further reports that Abiodun said he is subject of envy from his political enemies because of his administration laudable performances, stressing that he is not a transformer commissioning Governor, but Governor with focus in fulfilling all promises made to residents and citizens of the state.
“I am happy to be here today. I recalled about 3 years during campaign I was insulted, harassed and embarrassed which was the handiwork of political enemies. Thank God that as at today, we have been able to proof our worth. I am not a transformer commissioning Governor. We would continue to commission laudable projects till end of our campaign”,he said
“We are fulfilling our pledges, and we shall continue doing that, and not telling you we will do all, as nobody can do everything. Please go and collect your PVC, and use it to send our opponents into coma, to vote for us and return to office for continuity of good governance. I am optimistic that APC will return to power. I will spend 8 years as Governor by God grace”, Abiodun emphasized
