The Peoples Democratic Party(PDP),Ogun State Chapter has lamented the loss of former Nigerian Minister, Senator Jubril Martins-Kuye, and in a condolence message said the entire membership of the party expressed deep regret over the demise of the notable politician.
Penpushing reports that, the Chairman of the party, Dr. Sikirulah Ogundele, said this in a statement stating that the party shall continued to cherish and build on solid foundation Martins-Kuye laid down, as one of the founding fathers of the party
‘The Ogun State Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and entire members of the party in the state, express our deep regret over the demise of our first governorship candidate in 1999, Senator Jubril Martins Kuye who died at the early hours of today at his Ago-Iwoye country home’.
‘We prayed Allah to give the entire Kuye’s family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and grant the soul of our revered leader Al-janah firdous. We as a party, will continue to cherish and build on solid foundation you laid for us as one of the founding fathers of our great party,PDP in Ogun State. Rest In Peace, We love you but Allah love most’,Ogundele wrote.
