A High Chief in Igan Okoto town of Ogun State, Chief Boye Adesina has mourned late Nigeria’s foremost socialite and business tycoon Princess Kadijat Abike Adebisi Edionseri who died on Sunday at 89, describing her as a nurturing figure in the Adesina family.

Penpushing reports that in a condolence letter signed by Adesina pointed out that the deceased was a beacon of grace and humility, who always strive to uplift others, adding that her contributions to her community and the lives she touched will forever remain a testament to her remarkable character

‘It is with great sorrow that I learned of the passing of Princess Kadijat Abike Adebisi Edionseri (Nee Elegbede) on January 5, 2025. My heart is heavy as I reflect on this profound loss. Princess Adebisi was not just a family member but a nurturing figure’, Adesina wrote.

‘A motherly presence who radiated warmth, love, and wisdom. As a younger sister to my father, she held a cherished place in our hearts, bridging generations with her kindness and care. Her strength, compassion, and unwavering dedication to those she loved were truly extraordinary’, he stated.

‘She was a beacon of grace and humility, always striving to uplift others. Her contributions to her community and the lives she touched will forever remain a testament to her remarkable character’, the letter read.

Penpushing further reports that the condolence letter to the bereaved family, Adesina said he prayed that during this time of grief they find comfort in the cherished memories they shared with the deceased

‘During this time of grief, I pray that you and the rest of the family find comfort in the cherished memories you shared with her. May her soul rest in eternal peace, and may her legacy of love and selflessness inspire us all. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. With deepest sympathy and love’, Adesina emphasised,
