The former Governor of Ogun State, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, has celebrated the leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC),Asiwaju Bola Tinubu on his 70th birthday ceremony, describing the celebrator as a dutiful and dedicated patriot.
