The Chief Medical Director, Osun State University Teaching Hospital, Osogbo, Professor Peter Babatunde Olaitan has appealed to staff of the institution to always see patients as members of their immediate family, when attending to them
Penpushing reports that, Olaitan made this call during inter-religious prayer session held in the hospital to usher in the New Year, pointing out that they should take their jobs as being ordained by God and see it as a way to serve humanity.
The Chief Medical Director emphasized that, all patients should be seen and regarded as brothers and sisters, when being attended to, stressing that no doubt, it is when one does good, that God will pay in double folds
Penpushing further reports that, Olaitan assured that the management of the hospital will try its best to give whatever benefits and due entitlements to every staff, and called on staff with any meaningful suggestion toward positive growth of the hospital to always come forward
“When you do good unto all, God will pay you in double folds. If any staff has any suggestions on how to move the hospital forward, such person should feel free to share the idea with me or any member of Management”, he said.
Penpushing also reports that, Director of Administration, Mr Anthony Fabule in his own remarks commended the Governor Gboyega Oyetola for his usual supports to the hospital, and equally appreciated all members of staff of the hospital for their commitments and cooperation to work.
