A leading real estate company, IAS Unique Home and Properties has added another feather to its cap with the commencement of turning a village in Wasinmi located in Ewekoro local government area of Ogun State into a city, with the acquisition of 15.2 hectares of land which has been designed for an estate.

Penpushing reports that the estate known as Nigeria Immigration Treasure City is sited of the massive land, which is about three minutes’ drive to the Abeokuta-Lagos Expressway, with facilities which include electricity and industrial borehole among others.

The company has equally engaged a frontline engineering company to handle the project, which work has already started, with a prototype to be segmented in three phases, as well as 500KVA transformer already installed.

Penpushing further reports that the company headed by Ayobami Adelani, a renowned realtor has erected electricity poles from the expressway end of the road which link the community where the estate is sighted

The estate location which is about 15-minutes’ drive to Abeokuta, Ogun State Capital also has perimeter fencing, and designed to accommodate 250 buildings, tarred road and drainage while investors have also keyed into the project.

Penpushing also reports that a plot of land in the estate is to cost N5million, while  half plot is put at N3million, payable instatlmentally, with deposit of  N1million and N500, 000 respectively, while on payment of deposit, the clients takes over the control of the land, and spread  payment completion for another twelve months

The palatial designed estate prototype shows that it is to accommodate clinic, recreational centre, security post, Circuit Camera Television (CCTV), swimming pool, road network and police post among others

Penpushing further reports that the profile of the establishment has it that it is a registered Company incorporated with Certificate Number: RC 1576579 by Corporate Affairs Commission {CAC}, a private enterprise that has brought revolution and so many transformations into the Nigeria Real Estate Sector.

The profile added that ,it has become a foremost indigenous company that pioneered land allocation to its customers even before the final payment for their intending land spaces, while the subsisting modus operandi in the sector is that customer would have to wait till final payment is made before land will be allocated to the prospective buyer, but at  IAS Unique Home and Property once an agreed commitment fee has been paid, pronto, the customer will not only be taken to his or her site location but land allocated appropriately.
