The Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun is to play host at the scheduled maiden edition of “Your Image Awards”, an award ceremony organized by popular Nigeria’s Public Relations firm, PR Primus Limited.
Penpushing reports that, Chief Executive of the Public Relations Company, Mr. Akin Okudero made this known in a statement, adding that, in similar vein, former Governor of the state, Otunba Gbenga Daniel will chair the occasion.
The Public Relations expert added that, the ceremony is slated for Thursday, 8th of September, 2022 with the theme ” Turning Around The Nation: The Leadership Question” at Park Inn by Radisson Hotel in Kuto in Abeokuta.
Penpushing further reports that, Okudero explained that the award ceremony is being put together by Ogun State Chapter of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations and PR Primus Limited, the producer of the popular ” Your Image ” weekly Public Relations programme.
The statement added that the ceremony will also feature formal public presentation of the PR-Primus Magazine, adding that awards were instituted to acknowledge corporate governance, Public Relations Performance Reputation, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) profile of nominated individuals and organizations in Ogun State and Nigeria at large.
Penpushing also reports that, Okudero listed other dignitaries for the historic event to include President of Nigeria Institute of Public Relations(NIPR), Mallam Mukhtar Sirajo, President, Africa Public Relations Associations, Yomi Badejo-Okusanya and one-time Information, Culture and Social Development Commissioner in the State as well as Chief Fassy Yusuf and Towulade of Akinale,Oba Olufemi Ogunleye, Otunba Woye, Ikala, Otunba Sunday Okuwobi-Okudero and the Ogirimadagbo of Ilodo, Oba Isiaka Ajede amongst others.
