A stalwart of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ogun State Chapter, Otunba Segun Showunmi has commended former Governor Ibikunle Amosun for his generous support for the ongoing project at the Ake Palace Ground in Abeokuta.
Penpushing in a statement admitted role of the former Governor in the developmental growth of Ogun State and also celebrated him on his 67th birthday, describing him as illustrious son of the state who deserves accolades
The politician in same vein urged Amosun to lead the charge in rejuvenating the political landscape of Ogun Central, pointing out that the district’s current legislative representation is weak compared to its peers in Ogun East and West.
“As we look to the future, it’s essential that we identify and support stronger candidates who can effectively represent the interests of Ogun Central. By doing so, we can ensure that our district receives the recognition and rewards it deserves.”
