The Coordinator of Peter Obi Town Hall Meetings, Chinasa Amaechi on Saturday talked senses on loyalists of Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party(LP) Peter Obi for being impatient as they await the arrival of the candidate for an interactive session.

Penpushing reports that Obi had earlier arrived Abeokuta for his political campaign, which part was a town Hall meeting scheduled to hold at theatre hall located within the premises of Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library Abeokuta and a courtesy call to Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland Oba Adedotun Gbadebo
The Presidential Candidate on arrival moved straight with his entourage to pay homage to the first class traditional ruler, a distance of about 5 minutes drive, while the organisers of the town hall meeting informed the awaiting participants to exercise patient in welcoming the visiting Obi.
Penpushing further reports that, at a point the participants of meeting, majorly Labour Party (LP) supporters and students started agitating and threatening to leave the hall, under excuse that, time was running out and being kept waiting too much
The agitation and threat to leave came to the knowledge of the Coordinator, and in swift response stormed the podium and held the microphone to educate the agitators on the importance of being patient and respect the traditional institution and Royal fathers, explaining that, it would be disrespect to behave in such uncultured manner
Penpushing also reports that Amaechi who was furious about impatience conduct of some of the participants said, it’s insulting for anyone to ignore the relevance of traditional institutions and rulers, adding that, Obi as a man who is known to be well cultured deem it fit and important to pay homage to the royal father.
The Coordinator who could not hide her displeasure over the rude conduct of some of the participants declared that whoever cannot exhibit wisdom and patient in appreciating the wisdom of Obi to pay homage to the traditional ruler can leave the hall, stressing that one of the policy of Obi if elected is to give honours to those who deserves it.
“Our principal respect traditional institution and knows the importance of royal fathers, and has gone to pay homage. A well cultured person should also know this. But for anyone who cannot exercise patient on this can leave. We need to respect our royal fathers. All I can assure you is that as soon as homage is paid, Obi will be here”, she said
Penpushing reports that the message of the  masculine look lady had a positive effects on the crowd as all agitators to leave the venue changed their minds and thereafter stayed glued to receive the Presidential Candidate of Labour Party(LP), who eventually came to address them, which lasted close to an hour
