Ace broadcaster, Kasnaty lifts up broadcasting with innovative uplifment programme on radio

The world of broadcasting has recorded a new innovation with Kolawole Adejojo, popularly called ‘Kasnaty’ injecting new concepts into radio programme, as he now takes radio presentation  through both audio and visual  to the door steps of listeners.

Penpushing reports that, Kasnaty new dimension into the broadcast industry with a designed  programme called ‘Street Voices with Kasnaty’, was launched in April 4, 2021, and as at today has become a household name across the globe.

The broadcaster of repute, with  over one decade experience, is also noted to be transparent in the course of putting smiles on faces of the less priviledged, aged and indigents, having being supported by number of his fans across the globe.

Penpushing further reports that, ‘Street Voices with Kasnaty’ is designed to uncover those in  serious need, and to lift them up for better life condition, from grass to grace, a live programme via the facebook and  recording  positive feedback.

The findings showed that, the programme has being embraced by number of his fans, with 98% of them resident abroad, and having being convinced about the authenticity of Adejojo, they have wholeheartedly being contributing both financially and materially to the programme.

Penpushing also reports that, the programme which is currently making wave across the world, is now being conducted in the South-West of Nigeria, as plans are underway to extend to all the six geo-political zones of the country.

The investigations revealed that, number of residents, particularly the aged have being and continued to benefits from  gestures of the programme, and this include, donations of cash, materials, facilities  and equipment to make life meaningful for them

Penpushing reports, that, in the course of the programme, businesses of some listeners have been revived, as support from fans of the programme, continued to swell up, to be part of the success story of the initiative

The beneficiaries, comprising youths and the aged could not hide their joy over the programme, they described as big relief for their plights and burden, adding that, the initiator of the programme is a God sent.

Penpushing further reports that, climax for this year edition of the programme was  held on Sunday, Decemeber 12, 2021, where over 150 aged were hosted to a get together ahead of the Christmas celebration.

The management of the concept amazed the aged, having bought and sewn  uniformed Ankara fabrics for all the 150 aged, as well as orgasing light indoor game competitions for them, as winners emerging with prizes, which include: N50,000 for the person who came first, N30,000 for second position and N20,000 for the third position.

Penpushing also reports that, at the well packaged ceremony held at the hall of Daktard Hotels and Suites, Located at Quarry road in Abeokuta, the aged were treated to quality menu with drinks, as well as music of their taste and generation.

The 150 old men and women  also smiled home with cash donation of N5,000 each, while the luckiest among them, 79 year old veteran thearter practitioner, Olatubosun Odunsi, popularly called,’Baba Amoye’ went home with a donated N2.4million worth  Cammry 2005 model car

Penpushing reports that, Baba Amoye was handed over the key of the car with number plate and documents of purchase, as he was full of appreciation to the establishment, as well as all supporters of the programme across the globe.

The winner of the car, was said to have won the gift for his creativity in the threatre industry, considering his age and proactive nature in consistent to add value to the thearter world even at age of  79

Penpushing further reports that, in a brief exclusive interview with Kolawole Adejojo, the initiator of the programme, said the thought just came to him on need to add unique to broadcasting industry, and profusely appreciated all those who keyed and believe in the project.

‘On how I started the programme, I noticed that the aged are mostly neglected, and the initiative came to introduce a programme called ‘Arugbo Se Oge Ri’, which is aimed to engage the aged on their past experiences’

‘As we kick start the progrmame, we ensure we have interviews,documentary on them, and it was in line of the job, we noticed that, majority of them required support, and thereafter started  appealing to our listeners and viewers across the globe for support, and thank God we have been receiving positive responses of support from them till date’,he added

The broadcaster , emphasised that, he would remain grateful to those who support the initiative, with 98% of them resident outside Nigeria, adding that, he would not let them down for the trust and believe they have on him, in contributing cash and materials to support the project.

‘ I can tell you that, the programmee has assisted and lifted many people up, both the young and the old. We have assisted some of them on petty trading, youths are also not left out of the gestures’, Adejojo said

Penpushing also reports that, Kasnaty as fondly called in the media industry affirmed that, the programme had being able to turn around lives of many people, stressing that, he would not rest on his oars in ensuring positive growth of the programme.

The initiator assured that, the get together outing with the aged has come to stay, adding that, it would be an annual event, and to be rotated across every parts of the country, to enable every one of them feel the impacts

Penpushing reports that, a notable supporter of the programme, resident in United States of America)USA),Lola Odunlami flew in to Nigeria to  be part of the ceremony and encouraged the aged beneficiaries of the events.
