The family of late second Republic Senator and former Chairman of Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) Senator Biyi Durojaiye on Wednesday announced September 18, 2021 as the burial date
Penpushing reports that the eldest son of the deceased, Abimbola Durojaiye made this known, disclosing that the family had concluded arrangements to bury the late Durojaiye, at his country home in Ijebu Igbo, in Ogun State.
The bereaved son, explained that the wake would hold on September 17, in his hometown, while the service of songs would be held in Lagos, before the interment, and called on guests to join the family for the service in compliance with coronavirus protocols,
Penpushing also reports that the deceased who represented Ogun East at the Senate from 1999 to 2003 and a member of the Constituent Assembly from 1988 to 1989 died on Tuesday at 88 after a brief illness associated with coronavirus complications.
