The alleged lack of conduct of two officials of MTN in Abeokuta, Ogun State Capital on Saturday almost led to shut down of the office as customers protested over the misconduct of the staffers of the organization located in Lalubu  axis of the town.

Penpushing reports that the two officials identified as Omoniyi who put on a black colour T-shirt with jean to match, and Beauty also in a pink colour T-shirt and jean were established to be the arrowed head of misconduct which led to the crisis.

The duo were alleged to be hand picking their associates and friends to attend to, at the expense of hundreds of customers who had been given tally number to facilitate their entry to the main hall to lodge their various complaints about their sim cards

Penpushing further reports that, the situation became tensed when a soldier known to Beauty was ushered in, while hundreds of customers seated outside for their turn, were neglected having been on queue as early as 7.30am.

The aggrieved customers in unison rose up to protest and challenged the conduct of the staffers, declaring that, enough was enough and they won’t tolerate the misconduct of the staffers again, and threatened to shut down the office.

Penpushing also reports that, the duo of Beauty and Omoniyi became jittery, when the development was about to get out of hand, and had to rush out from the hall to see the annoyed customers.

The customers shouted them down, alleging them of misused of office, arguing that there was no justification for the staffers to introduce ‘animal farm’ policy in their operations, stressing that their conduct was uncalled for.
