A veteran journalist Chief Kayode Odunaro on Sunday turned his wife, Susan Odunaro 60th birthday to campaign ground for Governorship Candidate of All Progressives Congress(APC), in Ogun State ahead of 2027 poll, Senator Olamilekan Adeola, popularly called Yayi.

Penpushing reports Odunaro when called out to come out and address the guests at the colourfully packaged birhday in honor his wife, shortly after doing that, switched over and started praisinging Yayi, with a profuse call on guests to consider the candidate as next governor of the state.

The renowned journalist who is the Chief of Staff to Adeola did not hide his support for the All Progressives Congress(APC), Governorship hopeful , as he canvassed for votes and openly raised his voice, shouting’, Yayi Ni joo, Yayi Ni Jare’, which was susbsequetly turned to anthem by number of the guests.

Penpushing further reports that Oduanro expressed optimism that his boss is going to win the 2027 governorship with landslide victory, stressing that Yayi is God chosen to lead Ogun State in the next political dispensation, calling on electorate to come out enmass to cast their votes for him.

The Chief of Staff equally called on electorate to safeguard their Permanent Voter Cards(PVC), as a way to prevent any dubious politicians in securing the cards for their selfish interest, stressing that Yayi remain the best choics to rule the state from the coming year.

Penpushing also reports that earlier at the birthday ceremony of the wife and the son, Timilehin Odunaro, a birthday mate of his mother who clocked 21, the order of service include praise worship, hymn, Bible reading, celebrants citation, testimonies, exhortation, prayer for celebrants and family, as well as recessional hymn

The train of the celebration was thereafter moved to the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors Hall, located in Magbon area of Abeokuta, the state capital, where guests were treated to sumputous meal and drinks of their choice, while old and new generation music rented the air to add glamour to it
