The Presidential Candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu has commended the Director General of Yahaya Bello Presidential Campaign Organisation, Hafsat Abiola-Costello, adding that he is proud of her for her doggedness and standing firm with her boss

Penpushing reports that, Tinubu gave the commendation when he visited Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State, who was a former Presidential aspirant at the just concluded All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential primaries held in Abuja.

The former Lagos State Governor who affirmed the competence of Hafsat Abiola-Costello and loyalty to Bello throughout the duration of the primary campaign, recalled that it was in the house of Kudirat Abiola (Hafsat’s mother) that he found the cap with which he disguised and fled Nigeria.

Penpushing further reports that, the presidential flagbearer noted that the peace and joy being enjoyed in the country was owed to her (Hafsat) late father, Chief Moshood Abiola, explaining that, the reason June 12 became a public holiday.

The party candidate equally thanked the All Progressives Congress (APC) leadership for ensuring that the convention ended peacefully, noting that the opposition thought there would be crisis, but were put to shame as peace reign supreme during and after the primaries.

Penpushing also reports that, Tinubu said he was happy to be back to save Nigeria and equally  saluted the courage of Governor Matawalle, who, he said, faced the worst form of opposition, including banditry.
