A frontline member of Penpushing platform Bolaji Amusan, popularly known as Mr Latin, has bagged a Bachelor of Science degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).

Penpushing reports that Amusan, a renowned Veteran Nollywood made this known on his Instagram page, on Saturday shortly after the graduating ceremony which was the institution’s 15th convocation ceremony.

The Bachelor of Science degree graduate in Peace and Conflict Resolution could not hide his joy expressing gratitude for the milestone, attributing the success to divine intervention, and equally took time to profusely thanked members of the Penpushing platform following torrential congratulatory messages sent to him

“Today, I am proud to be conferred with a BSc in Peace and Conflict Resolution. Done and dusted. To God be all the glory. Thank you, Lord, for the successful convocation’, he wrote on his page.

Penpushing further reports that Amusan who is President of the Theatre Arts and Movie Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) equally extended appreciation to his family, friends and supporters for standing by him throughout the academic journey.

The Osun State born comedian enrolled at the university in 2017 after spending over two decades away from formal education due to financial constraints, and started his comedy career in 1988.

Penpushing also reports that Amusan adopted the stage name Mr Latin after speaking French on a movie set in 1992, which a producer mistakenly identified as Latin,

The management and editorial board of Penpushing Media on behalf of membership across the globe have congratulated Amusan for the feat, commending him for his commitment and determination.
