The mother of prominent member of Penpushing platform, and Minister of State, Health Dr Iziaq Salako has been reported dead on Wednesday night, March 5, 2025 at the age of 95.
Penpushing reports that Salako in a terse statement issued on behalf of the family in Ayetoro town of Ogun State that, the mother and grandmother, Alhaja Fadilat Anike Salako has returned peacefully to her creator
“Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un. With deep gratitude to Almighty Allah for a life well-lived, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Alhaja Fadilat Anike SALAKO who returned to her Creator in the night of 5th March, 2025 at the age of 95”, Salako wrote.
The Minister in the statement added that deceased will be buried on Thursday in Ayetoro in Yewa North Local Government of the state in accordance to Islamic rites by 4pm, and prayed for her soul to rest in perfect peace
“She will be buried in accordance to Islamic right in Ayetoro, Yewa North LG of Ogun State, today 6th March, 2025 by 4pm. May Allah grant Mama Aljannah firdaus”, the statement reads.
