The Ogun State Government has concluded arrangements to conduct a 2-day requisite course for Account Officers in the Executive Cadre of the Civil/Public Service, through the Bureau of Establishments and Training, Office of the Head of Service
Penpushing reports that the Permanent Secretary in the Bureau, Akintomiwa Osibodu, made this known in a statement explaining that the training, which will begin on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 and end on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, would focus on Middle Financial Management Courses, with the intent of sharpening the skills of the Officers for more productivity and efficiency.
The statement made available by Press Officer of the Head of Service Omolara Osindele added that the training would be declared open by the Head of Service, Olanrewaju Saka and would hold at the Ogun State Drug and Health Commodities Management Agency (OGDHCMA), along Golf Course, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta at 9:00am daily.
Penpushing further reports that the statement stated that all the affected officers from all Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) are expected to be at the venue at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the programme.
