Penpushing reports that, in a letter addressed to the monarch, who is Towulade Akinale, Owu Kingdom of Egbaland said he is among a group of justice leaders for the civil justice transformation dialogue
The country Director of Hague Institute for Innovation of Law (HIIL), Ijeoma Nwafor said the civil justice transformation dialogue is designed to explore how people-centered justice approach can complement current efforts to reform civil justice in the state.
Penpushing further reports Nwafor explained that the objective of the stakeholder dialogue is to serve as representation of the larger civil justice ecosystem, coming together to deliberate and develop goals.
The dialogue initially planned to hold at Park Inn by Radisson hotel Abeokuta Monday and Tuesday 18 and 19 January has been rescheduled to hold virtually because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Penpushing also reports that, Ogunleye, a veteran journalist and legal practitioner is to represent Ogun State traditional institution at the dialogue which is sponsored by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with Ogun State Ministry of Justice
