The Ogun State Deputy Governor’s Press Officer, Jane Jonah has lost her father, Elder Bassey Edet Jonah of Nnung Nteyong Abidang of Mbiaya Uruan local government area of Akwa-Ibom State, who passed on in October 15, 2024 at age 68.
Penpushing reports that the family confirmed the peaceful passage at his Lagos residence in a statement explaining that he was born in April 29, 1956 and died on October 15, 2024, adding that burial arrangements have been released.
The statement added that the burial arrangement is scheduled to take off on Wednesday November 13, 2024 with a Service of Songs at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Tree of Life Parish, Marine Road, Apapa GRA Lagos between 5pm to 8pm.
Penpushing further reports that the family in the statement said this will be followed with lying in state and funeral service of Thursday November 14th, 2024 at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Tree Of Life Parish, Marine Road, Apapa GRA, Lagos between 9am to 12noon, and interment thereafter
