The was a mild drama at the Customary Court sitting in Ake area of Abeokuta, Ogun State as a couple, Samson Adebayo (35) and Florence Adebayo (35 fought over sex and sought for a divorce to end the marriage.
Penpushing reports that the husband had told the court that her wife of six years has continued to deny him sex and he was tired of the relationship which produced a child, while the wife in response declared that her hubby is promiscuous, hence, her resolved to deny him sex.
The husband who brought the divorce case to court added that his spouse was equally fond of disrespecting his father, as well as enjoys nagging over petty issues, and does not give him peace at home.
Penpushing further reports that the wife while faulting his husband claim informed the court that is equally fond of beating her, cheating on her and go about with other women indiscriminately without regard for her.
The President of the court A.O Abimbola after listening to the two parties and having been told that they held their marriage through registry, declared that the court could not handle the case which he said was above its jurisdiction, and therefore struck it out.
