There was a mild drama on Tuesday at the All Progressives Campaign rally as two notable female members of the party engaged the former Ogun State Governor, Chief Olusegun Osoba in a valentine dance.

Penpushing reports that the duo of Titi Oseni-Gomez, a former Speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly and Faida Sarunmi-Akintude, Chairperson of All Progressives Congress (APC), Abeokuta North Local Government could not resist to exhibit their dancing skills with Osoba.

The dance erupted when Osoba during his speech at the Ori-Omi in Soroki area of Abeokuta, venue of the rally, referred to February 14 as a lover day, known as valentine, and suddenly went memory lane to sing one of the evergreen music of Juju maestro, Ebenezer Fabiyi-Obe.

Penpushing further reports that as Osoba sang the lyrics, ‘Olo mi jowo ooo, je ka jo ma gbadun….’, a lyric dedicated to lovers by Ebenezer Obey-Fabiyi, the venue of the campaign got electrified, and within a twinkle, the two female politicians swarmed on Osoba to engage him in an exciting dance.

The development added glamour to the events, as Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun and other party chieftains at the podium, as well as other party faithful were caught with excitement and became spectators  watching Osoba and the female politicians digging it out.

Penpushing also reports that, there was a thunderous applause from the crowd as Osoba, Titi Oseni-Gomez and Faida Sarunmi-Akintunde displayed their dancing skills to the administration of those in attendance.

The former Governor and leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), however in his speech called on electorate and party members in the forthcoming elections to exhibit the spirit of love at poll and vote massively for the party to win

‘Let us use this valentine period to show love to all candidates of the All Progressives Congress. Let us vote with love. Today is February 14, a known lovers day, so we should exhibit love. I am begging you to know the importance of sharing love in genuine manner. I am convinced that the future is bright. Our rock is APC, lets stand on it for success of the party’, Osoba emphasized

Penpushing reports that in his own remarks, Governor Dapo Abiodun called on eligible voters to ensure that their Permanent Voter Cards (PVC) remained intact and available to vote All Progressives Congress (APC) to power

The Governor boasted that All Progressives Congress (APC) produced credible and quality candidates across board for the elections, and passionately appeal to electorate to vote for all party candidate from the Presidential, National Assembly and State Assemblies
