The former presidential aide, Dr Doyin Okupe has become surrogate running mate to Peter Obi who is the Presidential Candidate of Labour Party (LP),hanging been selected .
Penpushing reports that, signal to this development became obvious while Okupe was featuring as a guest of a television programme tagged “Politics Today), disclosing that he has been selected as the running mate to the presidential candidate of the Labour Party PDP)
The former spokesperson under the administration of former President Olusegun Obasanjo and Goodluck Jonathan respectively, explained that he will be standing in as the vice-presidential candidate to meet up with the June 17 deadline fixed by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the submission of the candidate’s list.
