The General Overseer of Victory Life Bible Church (VLBC), Apostle Lawrence Achudume has cautioned Nigerians against voting for ‘politicians with crowd’ during the forthcoming 2023 general elections in the country.

Penpushing reports that Achudume gave the caution note at a church service on Sunday to round off the Victory Life Bible Church(VLBC) national convention tagged, ’Verdict’ held at the church headquarters along Abeokuta-Ajebo road, in Abeokuta, Ogun State Capital

The fearless cleric declared that, rather than voting for those set of politicians, electorate should consider “administrators with credible track records’, warning that, any fool can have large followership, because of level of poverty in the country.

“What we need is for Nigerians to choose leaders with intelligence, leaders who are business minded, not leaders who are money minded or those who come to office and think they are doing us a favour and begin to throw crump at people”, he emphasised

Penpushing further reports that, he explained that the only way to turn around Nigeria for better is if Nigerians stop voting into power as a result of large followership, those politicians controls, warning that those set of politicians have nothing to offer.

“We need credible leaders and administrators at the helms of affairs, even as Ministers, Governor or President, not those who have followers, but those who can do the work of building the nation “.

Penpushing also reports that, the clergyman used the opportunity to called on Nigerians to be hardworking as individuals, lamenting the high rate of beggars across the country, noting that government on its part should consider welfare of the governed as paramount.

“There are too many beggars on earth, even in Nigeria. When we work with our hands, only then we will prosper. God blesses the work of your hands, not what the government drops for you as crumps” Achudume added.

“If Nigerians can trust in. God, trust in their innate ability; the talent God gave to them and put their hands to work , the same God who has prospered this nation for years will prosper the works of their  hands “.
