The College of Broadcasting Abeokuta (COBAB), the Ogun State Capital has designed orientation programme for its pioneer students who will commence academic activities on July 26, 2021
Penpushing reports that, the Registrar of the College, Fatai Akinbola made this known in a statement, adding that the orientation is scheduled to hold at the college campus on Wednesday July,14, 2021
The Registrar disclosed that a veteran ace broadcaster Yanju Adegbite will be the guest lecturer, calling on all prospective students to attend the orientation and expected to be on seat by 9am in the college lecture hall.
Penpushing further reports that, the statement emphasized that, invites have been forwarded to all students, in this regard, as at the time of filing this report, stressing that attendance is compulsory
‘We are glad to inform all our prospective students of the details of the orientation programme as follows: Guest Lecturer: Mr. Yanju Adegbite (Veteran Ace Broadcaster), Date: Wednesday, July 14, 2021, Venue:* College Lecture Hall 2, Time:* 10am, Attendance is compulsory. All prospective students are expected to be on seat by 9am’.
Penpushing also reports that, the college management advised all students to collect their admission letter before the day explaining that lectures for the first semester starts on July 26, 2021.

Meanwhile, the College , an initiative of the Freelance and Independent Broadcasters’ Association of Nigeria (FIBAN) is an affiliate of Crescent University, Abeokuta and offers Diploma and Certificate Programmes in Broadcasting as well as workshops, seminars and special courses that cut across all broadcasting fields.
