The renowned Nigerian entertainer Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, has celebrated the engagement of his daughter, Adaeze, to a woman, describing the couple as his “beautiful Princess and her Husband”
Penpushing reports that Charly Boy also known as Area Fada, shared a video from the engagement on his Instagram page on Thursday and asked his followers to wish them well.
The entertainer has several children, including Adaeze, who has previously featured in interviews about her family, while it would be recalled that he (Charley Boy) has previously spoken publicly about his family and his unconventional views on social issues.
Penpushing further reports that the daughter in same vein, also announced the engagement on Instagram, sharing a photo with her partner emphasizing that they were engaged, and equally accompanied the post with the hashtag #mrsandmrs, alongside a message expressing her excitement about their future together.
“Here’s to a lifetime of love, laughter, growth, and making beautiful memories together. I can’t wait for everything God has in store for us. Forever sounds even sweeter with you,” she wrote.
Penpushing also reports that the posts have, however, drawn reactions on social media, with users expressing different views about the engagement.
