The political grassroot mobiliser and leader of many women organizations, Chief (Mrs) Taiwo Kosenatu Durojaiye popularly called Iya Londo who died recently will be buried on Friday, November 10, 2023 in Abeokuta, Ogun State Capital.
Penpushing reports that a statement by the deceased son, Olamiji Durojaiye made available on Wednesday said the final burial ceremony will commence on Thursday 9th, November 2023, with the Christian Wake Keep at Nawir U Deen Grammar School, Obantoko from 5pm.
‘The final burial ceremony of a political grassroot mobiliser and leader of many women organisations, Chief (Mrs) Taiwo Kosenatu Durojaiye (Iya Londo) will commence on Thursday 9th, November 2023, with the Christian wake keep at Nawir U deen Grammar School, Obantoko from 5pm’, the statement said.
Penpushing further reports the bereaved family added in the release that funeral service will hold at the Emmauel Anglican Church, Keesi, Itoko, Abeokuta on Friday 10th November 2023 from 10am while the reception will follow immediately at the Legacy Hall, Sports Club, Abeokuta.
Meanwhile, the statement disclosed that the late women leader, is survived by children, grandchildren, family members and political associates, and would be remembered for her laudable activities during her lifetime
