A popular ace comedian Olamilekan Abegunde popularly called ‘Dr Smile” has raised alarm over a suspected impersonator trying to use his name to defraud innocent people under the guide that he needs financial support.
Penpushing reports that, Abegunde in a message said the alleged suspected fraudster is currently going round on social media and phone to solicit financial support, claiming to be Dr Smile, hence, the need to distance himself from the falsehood, and appealed to his fans across the globe to be cautious and ignored the fraudulent request.
The comedian disclosed in the message that the operational telephone number of the impersonator to defraud innocent people and his fans is 09164524425, and warned Nigerians and other nationals to be careful and mindful of the number
“Kindly ignore any message from this scammer claiming to be Dr smile 0916 452 4425 that needs 5k urgently… pls nothing do me ooo if I go need money na 5M not 5k. Thanks” Abegunde emphasised
