A middle aged man Taiwo Salami has won a brand new Toyota product car during a raffle draw organized by the IAS Unique Homes and Properties, having earlier bought a plot of land at N100, 000 and decided to participate in the draws.

Penpushing reports that, the excited winner speaking at the event held at the grand opening of the company’s new estate, King’s City said he could not believe his eyes when his ticket number was announced as the winner in the draw.

The lucky winner who disclosed that he did not know how to drive or own a car before now, could not hide his joy as the car key was handed over to him, recalling that he heard about the programme on a radio station and was skeptical.

Penpushing further reports that, Salami explained that he already has a house at an area called Redeemer, but decided to take a risk to buy the new land, and was never thought his move could turn a double joy for him

“I heard the programme on Sweet FM. I did not have house here, but I have a house at Redeemer. I bought land which cost N100, 000. I almost leave here because time has gone. I just change my mind all of a sudden’, he said.

“I don’t have car, and I don’t know how to drive. When I first heard about the land, I did not listen to the full advert. It was my wife that told me about the promo; I told her that if the motor is for me, I am going to win it. Today is a day of joy for me”, he added

Penpushing also reports that, in a similar development, Toyin Poopola won a Toyota car, at the raffle draw, a fallout of purchase of one and half acre from First January, a subsidiary company of IAS, meant for farming.

“I bought a farmland of 1 acre and half. I brought my siblings. I was happy and overwhelmed. I was told in the church that I will see something huge today. I don’t know how to drive, but I am so excited.  My pastor had told me that I will get something huge and I am really happy for this. The land in total cost 500k, I don’t have car and I don’t think of using car this year.”

Penpushing reports that the Chief Executive Officer of IAS, Prince Ayobami Adelani earlier in his remarks said the estate company is giving out two cars so as to fulfill the promised made a year ago.

The Chief Executive Officer popularly called Obapedepede pointed out  that the company will continue to give out gifts to appreciate customers, adding that, the  King’s City is an estate that comes with all the social amenities which include good road network, electricity, security, among others, adding  that the new estate is 66 plots with interlock, drainage and security post.

“We made the promised last year, it was not convenient, but we have to fulfill our promise. We started this place in September 1st. We have done interlock, we have 66 plots.  We did drainage, and we have security house to ensure security of lives and properties”, he stated

Penpushing further reports that, other gifts won by luck customers include; standing fan, electric cooker, toasting machine, among others, while the King’s City estate was commissioned by the Olu of Itori, Oba Abdulfatiah Akamo.
