Land Property Company, Sweet Estate showers customers with house, land, household items

The popular land property company, Sweet Estate on Thursday donated a completed house worth N3million to a winner in a raffle draws organized by the organization, as well as twenty others who benefited in number of gifts, which include; refrigerators, electric gas cookers, pressing iron and electric blenders among others

Penpushing reports that, the ceremony held at headquarters of the company located in Asero, Abeokuta, Ogun State Capital was part of the activities to compensate the customers and consultants of the Sweet Estate company,

The winner of the completed building was Mrs Fidelia Okika, while other ceremony programme of activities also includes launching of the company’s mobile tour buses to enhance the company capacity throughout the country.

Penpushing further reports that, in similar vein, Alhaji Ibrahim Oladele won a  plot of land worth N450,000 as a best consultant of the company, he was said to have emerged as best performing consultant having attained the position in the company less than two weeks.

The Chief Executive Officer of the company, Chief Olumide Falola, while speaking disclosed that, despite the challenges faced by the company recently, it has never stopped the company from being active and continues with truthfulness he has build on the company reputation.

Penpushing also reports that, Falola who recalled that he started the business with N10,000 noted that  there is need to appreciate and commend the efforts of  customers and consultants for their firmly believe in the company.

“We started the estate business with just ten thousand naira four years ago, and we didn’t borrow any money from any banks, what makes the company grows better was because we are able to build it on truthfulness, and we have never deceived any of our clients to pay for what we don’t have;, he explained.

The company boss stated that, one major reason for the event was  to give back to society, and to launch the  Estate mobile office, as well as  to celebrate his father’s birthday, who he said played major roles in his life.

Penpushing reports that,   one of the clients,  Mrs Fidelia Okika, who was a beneficiary of the raffle draw while speaking stated that the company has been doing so great since she has been a customer.

“I only bought one acre of land from Sweet Estate company,  I have never expected of winning a house worth N3million this is incredible. God has been so good to me. I have always advice people to use their money to invest on landed properties. For what happened here today I know many people will come to patronize them more.  May God continue to bless the company”,Okika said.

Penpushing further reports that, in his own remarks Alhaji Ibrahim Oladele who won N450, 000 worth of land disclosed that, he became consultant of the company just two weeks ago, and never expecting such a huge gift from the company, stressing that,  he is so excited to be part of  Sweet Estate company.

Meanwhile, other winners include Mrs. Taiwo Akinde  who won a plot of land,  Mr Ayodele Oladunjoye won fridge and table fan, as well as   Ojewunmi Olakunle among others who have cause to smile home.
