The Afenifere, Yoruba Socio-Cultural Group has accused President Muhammed Buhari  of plotting to ‘Fulanised’ Nigeria  for selfish interest of his kinsmen and the Northerners, stressing that the 1999 constitution being used in the country is fraudulent.

Penpushing reports that, the leader of the group Pa Ayo Adebanjo made this known when the Rebirth Group, a pressure group  for the realization of regional governance led by its National Coordinator, Deacon Owolabi Oladejo visited him(Adebanjo at his private residence in Lekki, Lagos State.

‘Number one enemy of Nigeria is Buhari. Buhari is doing everything to scatter Nigeria. Buhari has plan to Fulanised Nigeria, when Fulani herdsmen are killing, how many people have been arrested. Buhari is not sincere’, he emphasised

The Afenifere leader faulted the Nigeria constitution, declaring that for the country to be united there must be a new constitution, adding that the current constitution was imposed on Nigerians by the military for the selfish interest of the North

‘Don’t be deceive that Buhari does not know. The constitution is fraudulent and don’t be deceived, they don’t want restructuring. They want to take our land by force. Yoruba is too intelligent to be confused. The army impose constitution on us fraudulently’, Adebanjo stated

Penpushing further reports that, Adebanjo explained that restructuring is a way to go back to the independent constitution, which was the brain-child of three regional leaders which include: Obafemi Awolowo, Nnamdi Azikwe and Ahmadu Bello(Sarduna of Sokoto)

‘Why is Buhari  refused to go back to the constitution provided by Awolowo, Sardauna and Azikwe I have invested  more in Nigeria unity more than Buhari. Buhari is doing everything to scatter Nigeria. I have challenged Lai Muhammed  to charge me for hate speech. Buhari is the enemy of the country, who doesn’t want restructuring to see light of the day’, Adebanjo said

Penpushing also reports that, he warned that he envisaged that 2023 general elections in the country may not be visible, except there is restructuring,  stressing the need for true federalism  for Nigerians to live in harmony

‘National Assembly is the product of the fraudulent constitution. I don’t believe 2023 will happen. The British forced us together with amalgamation. Tinubu and other APC chieftains are contributing factors to Nigeria problems, having gone into alliance with Buhari
