A member of Penpushing platform and General Manager of Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) Paramount F.M Station Abeokuta, Mrs Oluremi Olugbenro has lost her mother-in-law.
Penpushing reports that the mother-in-law, Mrs. Victoria Abeje Olugbenro passed on at the age of 83, while the family has issued out statement and programmes for burial of the matriarch,
‘The Olugbenro family of Atiku, Alagbagba area of Odeda Local Government of Ogun State has announced the funeral arrangements for their matriarch, Mrs. Victoria Abeje Olugbenro, who passed on at the age of 83’, the statement read.
Penpushing further reports that the statement added that a Service of Songs will be held on Friday, July, 3 2026 at the Olugbenro family Compound, Fatola Street, Apakila, Camp, Abeokuta by 5pm.
The statement stated that a funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, July, 4, 2026 at the Chapel of Christ The Glorious King, Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library, (OOPL), Abeokuta by 10am, preceding the interment of the deceased.
Penpushing also reports that the family equally announced that a controlled reception for guests will be organized at the main Marquee Events Centre at Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library, (OOPL), Abeokuta OOPL, while noting the introduction of Aso Ebi with touches of purple, lilac and gold to spice up the occasion.
