A Nigerian Judge Hon. Justice Tunde Ademola Bakre has brought fame and excellence to his country following his appointment as a judge of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court; comprising Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, St. Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and Granada, Barbados, Dominica among others.
Penpushing reports that the Secretary to the Judicial and Legal Services Commission of Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (ECSC) while announcing Bakre”s, appointment said the commission was impressed with his accomplishments in the noble profession and a successful legal practitioner, adding that his background and experience are good match for the Judiciary
The profile of the famous judge has it that he is successful legal practitioner and one-time member of the Nigerian Bar Association(NBA) Abuja, Unity Bar, who was called to the bar in 1993, and appointed a judge of the Ogun State High Court in 2013 before being seconded by the National Judicial Council of Nigeria on Technical Assistance to the Judiciary of the Gambia in 2018.
Penpushing further reports that, Bakre an alumnus of Olabisi Onabanjo University. Ago-Iwoye Ogun State prformed meritoriously and creditably well and was equally retained for another term of 3 years which was expected to end in 2024 before he was found worthy.
