The Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, a frontline estate agent in Nigeria has donated plots of land with complete documents to two of its staff for their diligent, honest-service delivery to the company, with corporate headquarters in Abeokuta, Ogun State Capital
Penpushing reports that the Chief Executive Officer of the organization, Dr Babatunde Adeyemo announced the package to the two workers during a housewarming and New Year’s celebration held in Ogun State.
The journalist turned estate expert explained that the gestures were policy of the company’s efforts to give hope and ensure the welfare of its workers, recalling his encounter during the growth of the company, noting that truthfulness has always been his watchword.
Penpushing further reports that Adeyemo disclosed that the two staff compensated include Mr. Opeyemi Adebayo and Ms Bolanle Olusiyan, stressing that the duo merits the land because of their commitment, loyalty and diligence to ensure the positive growth of the company.
The company boss urged other workers to always be truthful and continue with their loyalty, pointing out that whatever one sows he shall reap, and therefore advised them to follow the line of honesty and truthfulness
Penpushing also reports that Adeyemo while speaking on his newly built house disclosed that he spent 8 years building the house while he was living in a one-bedroom apartment, adding that as at that time many of his neighbours were in doubt if truly he was a Chief Executive Officer of the company.
The organization executive officer stated that he abandoned a luxurious house in Lagos as a sacrifice to achieve the dream of Pelican Valley Estate, adding that the Estate is now one of the best in Ogun state as rated by Google.
Penpushing reports that Adeyemo posited that he believes much in infrastructure and adding value, which was part of what paid off the prize for the Estate with fully armed security and electrification as at today.
The estate occupant and client of the company Mrs. Adedotun Adedehinbo while speaking at the event gave a testimony about the Estate, expressing excitement that she was so happy to partner with Pelican Valley and that she won’t hesitate to do more business with them in the future.
“When we wanted to buy land at the Estate, I was in doubt, so I have to pursue him with my husband to re-confirm the authenticity of the estate, today I’m happy that we bought the land and I do a great thing as well. We met fully energized electricity here, fully armed security guards to ensure our safety, in fact, no Estate like Pelican Valley,” she said.
Penpushing further reports that, one of the company’s lawyers lawyers, Barrister Hazan Yakubu, who doubles as a neighbor of Adeyemo at his former apartment described him as an epitome of humility, emphasizing that he(Adeyemo) is an open-minded personality with great spirits.
The legal practitioner added that one of the major things he appreciated much about the company was that they place a high emphasis on documentation, stating that goodwill and integrity which has distinguished them from others, attracted clients in patronizing the company.
“One thing I like this man for is that he emphasizes documentation which is what most of the clients are interested in. He is an epitome of humanity, he is a great man with a great spirit and an open-minded person”, he stated.
Penpushing also reports that the Ambassador of the Pelican Valley Estate Mr. Kayode Sehinde, popular known as Pa James Ajirebi noted that he was so happy to be an Ambassador of the Estate, saying that he never regretted doing business with Pelican Valley.
