A delegate from Jigawa State for Presidential primary of the ruling All Progressives Congress(APC), identified as , Isah Baba-Buji, on Tuesday slumped and died while taking his breakfast in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory(FCT).
Penpushing reports that, the deceased was planning to move to the venue of the party convention after his breakfast, when death came calling, while as at the time of filing this report the body was being prepared to be conveyed back to Jigawa State for burial rites.
The late delegate was the All Progressives Congress (APC) Vice Chairman for Jigawa Southwest, before his sudden death, but the cause was yet to be ascertain as the time of this report
Penpushing further reports that, the Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress(APC) in Jigawa State, Bashir Kundu, confirmed the incident, adding that the delegate was pronounced dead while taking his breakfast and preparing to move to the venue of the party convention.
The party spokesman also affirmed that as at the time of this report, the remains of the late party chieftain, were being arranged and prepared for onward transportation to Jigawa State for burial.
