The first set of students of College of Broadcasting Abeokuta (COBAB), an affiliate of Crescent University Abeokuta will hold their matriculation on Monday, November 29, 2021, and the event is to to be run live by Penpushing media
Penpushing reports that, the Provost of the College, Dr Ayoola Ajasa in a statement said, the Speaker of Ogun State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Kunle Oluomo will chaired the occasion, while Executive Secretary of Broadcasting Organisation of Nigeria (BON), Dr Yemisi Bamgbose is the guest lecturer.
The statement added that, Bamgbose will deliver lecture on the topic,’ Maximizing Alternative Media for Good Governance and National Security: Possibilities and Challenges’, adding that the keynote address will be delivered by Chief Olumide Aderinokun, Akinruyiwa of Owu Kingdom
Penpushing further reports that, Ajasa added that, the Vice Chancellor of Crescent University, Prof Ibraheem Gbajabiamila is the Special Guest of Honour and Hon Oladipupo Adebutu, former member House of Representatives is also a Special Guest of Honour
The statement said, the ceremony scheduled to start 10am, will take place at Double Crown Events Centre, Adigbe Abeokuta, adding that number of dignitaries within and outside Ogun State are billed to attend the matriculation as guests
Meanwhile, the matriculation is scheduled to be beam live across the globe through the facebook page of Penpushing media, as viewers are expected to join the link effective from 10am, from the venue of the events
