A visiting Pastor and guest lecturer at the 2021 holy convocation of the Victory Life Bible Church(VLBC), Bishop Humphrey Erumaka has called on Ministers of Churches to let God showcase them and take His responsibility on them
Penpushing reports that, Erumaka gave the charge while addressing the clerics which was part of the programme of events of the church held at its headquarters located along Abeokuta-Ajebo road in Abeokuta, Ogun State Capital.
‘As you work for God, let God work on you and showcase you to the world that He has worked on you. As you are working, you are a co-labourer with God, the moment God calls you he has put a desire in you, because what eyes cannot see can’t be desired by heart”.
Penpushing further reports that, the clergyman emphasized that as Ministers of the church they should know that, God makes them to make something and that doesn’t stop God to make another person, pointing out that the day they set a record, God has made someone somewhere to break the records.
“Allow God to work on you, many of the issue we have today in ministry is that many are working for God, but they don’t give God opportunity to work on them”, he emphasised
“If God has used you as a pioneer of something doesn’t mean that, God will not raise someone else , because you suffer should not mean that other should suffer the way you do, God have reasons to make the pioneer and he has way to reward you” he said.
Penpushing also reports that, the Bishop implored, Christians to stand firm with their beliefs because Christianity is believe, stressing that if God has not done with you it may seems like God didn’t call you.
‘When you are cooking rice and the rice is not yet done, you will see the cover of the pot making noise, once the rice is done everything will be silence, that is how God work on people’, he added.
‘When God is done with you, he will showcase you to the world that he has worked on you, then you will see a man with taste, intelligence, and beauty of God in him. May God showcase His work on you’, the Bishop said.
